Salary: $65,000-75,000 with additional variable compensation

The Admissions Advisor is responsible for identifying and assisting prospective students in their educational journey, guiding them from inquiry through enrollment and into class start. This role requires an understanding of ThriveDX's educational service model, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with students to foster success and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a thorough understanding of ThriveDX's educational programs to accurately communicate with and assess potential students.
  • Provide educational, professional, and personal support to students from initial inquiry through enrollment and class start.
  • Conduct phone and virtual meetings to evaluate students' fit for programs.
  • Assist students in securing funding for their education.
  • Serve as the primary contact for enrolled students, helping with administrative matters.
  • Monitor student readiness and coordinate operations for a seamless program start.
  • Make outbound calls to maintain communication with prospective and enrolled students.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to enrollment and student success.
  • Promote ThriveDX programs through digital marketing and outreach.
Experience/Skills Required
  • Bachelor's degree or related discipline; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or call center roles (preferred).
  • Experience in relationship cultivation via phone and other communication channels.
  • Background in student engagement, recruitment, or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Exceptional phone presence and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-growing organization and manage multiple initiatives.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Behavioral traits such as adaptability, resilience, resourcefulness, enthusiasm, and meticulousness are preferred.
