Bristol Hospice Modesto, CA is seeking an Admissions Coordinator to triage calls, initiate referrals, verify insurance, and support day-to-day office operations. The role reports to the Executive Director and requires working a FT hourly schedule in Modesto.
Ideal candidates have 1+ year hospice/admissions experience, strong customer service, and the ability to coordinate with insurers and hospital case managers to ensure timely, compliant patient referrals.

Salary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 HourlyPay Range: $26-$28
Schedule: Monday, Thursday, Friday 9:30am-6:00pm, Saturday-Sunday 8:30am-5:00pm
Customer service is the name of the game and as an Admissions Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in the day to day office operations.
You will triage the incoming calls from patients and families, initiate the referral process, verify insurance, keep the Executive Director informed on the day to day activities, and so much more.
