POSITION SUMMARY:
The primary purpose of the job is to manage the customer flow from inquiry to actual admission. You will ensure positive relations with the potential customer(s) and referral sources, ensure proper payer for admission, ensure all necessary paperwork is completed and contribute towards the community’s profitability and census goals. You will coordinate tours, admissions, insurance verifications & pre-certs. Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and community Policies and Procedures.
