Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Richmond, VA is hiring an administrator for our inpatient Detox and Residential facility. You will oversee HR onboarding and termination, payroll management, and coverage for administrative processes to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and a college degree, with prior leadership experience and familiarity with SUD or mental health settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• College degree is required.
• Prior leadership or managerial experience is required.
• Experience in the SUD, mental health or psych field is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the HR onboarding and termination process.
• Oversee the payroll management.
• Handle transportation for external appointments as needed.
• Provide coverage for other staff to ensure administrative tasks are completed.
• Assist leadership with urgent administrative, regulatory, operational, and client needs.
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
• Assist with errands, inventory, and facility needs as needed.
• Complete role-specific tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Now Hiring an administrator for our new inpatient Detox and Residential treatment facility, in Richmond, VA!

What You'll Do

• Manage the HR onboarding and termination process
• Oversee the payroll management
• Handle any transportation that is needed for any external appointments
• Provide coverage when needed for other staff to ensure completion of administrative processes
