Job summary

Synoptek is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, handle users, roles, permissions, and automation, and support data quality and deployments. The role emphasizes CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and integrations within a global IT services context.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a Salesforce certification is preferred. This is an on-site position based in Glendale, CA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce administration, configuration, security model, and data management.
• Salesforce certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Manage users, roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and access controls.
• Configure standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
• Create and maintain Salesforce Flows and declarative automation.
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and list views.
• Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, and mass updates.
• Monitor data quality and platform usage.
• Troubleshoot user and configuration issues.
• Support Sandbox, release, and deployment activities.
• Document configuration changes and platform processes.
• Work with business and technical teams on platform enhancements and continuous improvement.
