Job summary

Holman Enterprises seeks a detail-oriented specialist to manage and administer the Holman PartnerConnect system. You will maintain adoption levels, review supplier activities, and act as a subject-matter expert across the platform to train others.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, knowledge of SAP Business Objects, and strong data analytics with MS Office proficiency. Automotive industry familiarity is a plus, with opportunities for growth within a global automotive

• 1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center is a plus.
• Understanding of automotive repair industry processes.
• Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors.
• Advanced data analysis and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary support resource for development and administration of the Holman PartnerConnect System.
• Maintain Holman PartnerConnect adoption level and support system table updates.
• Daily review and maintenance of supplier activities in Holman PartnerConnect.
• Serve as SME in all facets of the Holman PartnerConnect system.
• Direct and host Holman PartnerConnect training requests.
• Collaborate with IT to identify and resolve defects and enhancements in Holman PartnerConnect.
• Collaborate with database team to develop customized reporting.
• Perform system testing as required.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Working knowledge of SAP Business Objects application
• Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)
• Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Holman Fleet & Mobility or call center is a plus
• Understanding of automotive repair industry processes
• Experience in interaction and negotiation with repair vendors
• Advanced competency in data analysis and reporting
• Familiarity with Intellifleet and Holman PartnerConnect systems is a plus
• Collecting and analyzing raw data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and other helpful information.
• Reviewing and improving analytics processes, methods, and tools to increase efficiency, accuracy, and security
• Demonstrates an understanding of Holman Fleet & Mobility business strategy is a plus

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,800.00 - $86,640.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
