Their core programs include Child and Family Treatment Center, Therapeutic Day School, Creative Therapies, Foster Care, Transitional/Independent Living Program, Workforce Development, and Community Wellness.
Essential Functions Summary:
Monitors the day-to-day operations of the Child and Family Treatment Center and each individual unit during shift to ensure required coverage, building and units are running per schedule and provide support on the units and in situations as needed. Able to professionally and effectively manage crisis with the approval of the Licensed Milieu Supervisor and communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding Lawrence Hall and the youth we serve. Will be required to move throughout the building frequently during assigned shift. This position requires the ability to fill in as coverage during the assigned shift in the absence of a unit team member. However, the primary responsibility is to supervise and manage the building as a whole. Holiday and weekend hours required. Overall, the AOD is responsible for maintaining safety, overseeing the overall fidelity and program function, and generating and disseminating all required documentation in the absence of the Unit Coordinator and Licensed Milieu Supervisor.
Strong written communication skills and the ability to provide documentation and support regarding crisis, elopements, and critical incidents. Must be able to effectively use both verbal and physical intervention skills with individuals six (6) through twenty-one (21) years of age. Physical intervention skills require the ability to kneel and return to standing without assistance.

Required to work 3rd shift (11p-9a, 12a-8a), adjust hours as needed to be available for admissions, work within the CFTC building and must be available for on-call related matters.

Work Environment:
The work may be both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions to support positive youth development, youth engagement and safety. Involves travel to various other location as needed. Use of technology and computer equipment. Schedule will require working varied shifts dependent on case needs (first, second or third shift and weekends). The possibility of injury or secondary trauma is moderate to high.
COMPENSATION:
Compensation is determined by a set base salary for each position, with additional compensation considered based on relevant education and experience. This position has a compensation range from $21.50/hr. to $26.50/hr.
This position meets the FLSA requirements for Non-Exempt.
