Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners in Grants, NM seeks an experienced Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations while delivering integrated clinical services and business plans to meet clinical, performance and financial goals.

The ideal candidate will stay long-term, bring measurable impact, lead recruitment and retention of qualified staff, maintain high ethical standards, and represent the Center in the community.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in long term care or similar experience.
  • Excellent communication with a hunger to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with all healthcare workers or visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Serves as liaison between governing body and Center personnel.
  • Ensures Center compliance with all Federal, State and company regulations and policies.
  • Ensures that all practices and policies are carried out in the highest ethical manner.
  • Ensures that all Standard of Care and service provided is of the highest quality.
  • Ensures recruitment and retention of quality, professional, service-oriented personnel.
  • Represents the Center’s place in the community at large.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of the long-term goals and directions of the company.

Your Job Summary
