Desktop Technician/ Site Support Engineer

Memphis, TN

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in site support, IT support, or operations.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with safety and compliance standards relevant to the site.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of basic networking and system administration.
• Project coordination or team leadership experience

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $35,500 to $76,000 .Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.

Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
