Wipro Technologies is seeking an L2 Network Support professional in Plano, TX to support enterprise and mid-market networks. The role involves troubleshooting routing, switching, VPN, and WAN issues, with a 24x7 support requirement.
You will coordinate with Cisco, Juniper, and SD-WAN vendors, and participate in incident and change management following ITIL v4 practices. The position offers standard Wipro benefits and requires the ability to communicate during outages, provide timely status
Provide L2 support for enterprise and mid-market client networks
Cisco (Primary): Routing & Switching, VLANs, STP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ACLs, NAT, QoS
Juniper (Secondary): Junos OS, SRX firewalls, EX/QFX switching, OSPF/BGP
VeloCloud SD-WAN (Tertiary): Edge provisioning, monitoring, overlay/underlay troubleshooting
Mandatory Skills: Network Data Admin.
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $25,000 to $50,000. Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience.
Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
