Job summary

Emmetsburg Care Center is offering an Administrator in Training (AIT) in Iowa—a paid program to prepare you for licensure as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). You’ll work with an experienced LNHA to gain hands-on experience in facility operations, regulatory readiness, and staff leadership.

The starting salary during the AIT is $60,000–$75,000, with tuition reimbursement, medical/dental/vision coverage, a 401(k) plan, and opportunities for advancement upon licensure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active interest in becoming a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA).
• Ability to obtain LNHA licensure in the state of Iowa upon program completion.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
