Emmetsburg Care Center is seeking an Administrator in Training (AIT), a paid program designed to prepare you for LNHA licensure. You will work with an experienced Licensed Administrator, gaining hands-on leadership across clinical operations, regulatory readiness, staffing, and finances.

Participants receive mentorship, tuition reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and a clear path for advancement after program completion. A strong starting point for healthcare leadership in Iowa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Active interest in becoming an LNHA.
• Ability to obtain LNHA licensure in Iowa upon program completion.
• Experience leading, coaching, or developing others (healthcare preferred).
