Administrator in Training - Oregon

As an Administrator in Training (AIT), you will learn via hands‑on experiences that fully submerge you in the day‑to‑day responsibilities of a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. This program is a 6‑12 month long training course and involves working with a preceptor at an assigned Marquis facility, working in each department, attending additional classroom modules on leadership, and preparing you for the State and Federal Nursing Home Administrator exams.
