PACS in Los Angeles is seeking a Long-Term Facility AIT trainee-level administrator to support operations under a licensed Precepting Administrator. This is a training position with direct oversight by a licensed Precepting Administrator.
Essential duties include analyzing facility operations, liaising with residents, families and outside community, and developing budget reporting while modeling our Mission, Vision and Values.

This position is responsible for assisting in managing and overseeing multiple levels of employees either directly or indirectly. Responsibilities may include, but not limited to, hiring, training, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, resolving problems and terminations.
To preform this job successfully, an individual must be proficient in the Microsoft Suite products.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $100,000
