In this role, you will…
  • Maintain administrative functions for CVAS operations, ensuring adherence to company policies.
  • Support training for new hires and maintain training materials.
  • Process bid requests and agreements via email and client portals.
  • Manage the database of client-specific job handoff emails.
  • Deliver reports to clients through email and portals.
  • Create and submit retainer invoices.
  • Check the CVAS database for prior work experience.
  • Prepare and send Professional Service Agreements to clients.
  • Handle engagement letters for new awards.
What You'll Bring
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience in a professional environment, preferably real estate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong initiative and excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • College/University Degree in Business Management or related field preferred.

Pursuant to applicable laws, Colliers discloses the approximate hourly range for this role as $23 to $26.50. Compensation depends on role, level, location, skills, experience, and education.
