Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $94,559 to $115,194 Per Year

Primary Purpose

Provide effective leadership professional development, technical assistance, and other products and services for campuses, districts, and charter schools that will ensure improved student academic achievement and operations.

**This position may be partially or completely funded using grant and/or federal monies and is assigned programs to include activities designed to enhance the effective and coordinated use of funds.

  • Provide leadership coaching and strategic planning at the systems level and lead others through influence.
  • Support campus administrators and district administrators through capacity‑building efforts.
  • Design professional learning opportunities for assigned stakeholders.
  • Coach and support district and campus leaders in developing an improvement plan aligned to rigorous goals, and develop systems and structures to support the implementation of district and campus plans.
  • Effectively communicate with designated campus and district leaders, including senior‑level district leaders, to identify appropriate TIL levers to support improvement efforts aligned to Effective Schools Framework/Targeted Improvement Plan priorities.
  • Provide coaching, pedagogy, lesson design, and campus turnaround support to stakeholders.

Equipment and Specialized Software Used

Computers, projection devices, control panels in meeting rooms, printers, productivity software, software specific to the job assignment, network resources, and internet resources necessary to perform the functions of the job effectively and efficiently.

Working Conditions

Mental: Public relations and people skills are always required; work with frequent interruptions and maintain professional composure and confidentiality under stress.

Physical: Occasional prolonged and irregular hours, ability to move tables and chairs and load/unload boxes and materials; prolonged use of a computer; frequent regional and state‑wide travel.

Environmental: Open cubicles/workstations.

Evaluation

Annual performance evaluation will be performed in accordance with the adopted policies of the Education Service Center Region 11. Employment in this position is contingent upon performance, need, and funding.
