Job summary

Cencora is seeking a procurement professional to lead RFx activities, analyze spend data, and manage contract administration for strategic accounts. You will coordinate with risk, insurance, and logistics teams to ensure compliance and timely renewal calendars, while tracking savings and supplier performance across multiple programs.

This role requires a 2+ year background in procurement or related fields and a CMP or Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, event management, operations, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, category support, supply chain operations, purchasing, contract administration, project coordination, data analysis, business operations, or a related field.
• Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt, or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates RFx activities for assigned categories and accounts, aligning scope, evaluation criteria, timelines, and stakeholder inputs.
• Analyzes spend, total cost, and market data to produce benchmarks, should-cost views, and award scenarios.
• Implements contract administration tasks including redline tracking, obligation capture, and renewal calendars under documented guidelines.
• Monitors supplier performance against SLAs, OTIF, quality, and service metrics; records results and produces status updates.
• Coordinates 3PL and logistics handoffs and confirms volumes, lead times, labeling, and packaging requirements for strategic accounts.
• Collaborates with risk and insurance teams and screens vendors to maintain certificates, coverage evidence, and risk registers.
• Reports pipeline, savings tracking, and sourcing progress using standard systems; checks data integrity and reconciles variances.
