Job summary

Northgate Care Center in Iowa is seeking a dedicated Administrator to lead our Skilled Nursing facility with a focus on high-quality resident care and an inclusive culture. The role requires strong operational oversight and a commitment to excellence in service delivery.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management and an active LNHA license in Iowa; prior Administrator or Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred, but we are willing to invest in the

• Experience as Administrator or Department Director in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferable, but we invest in the right candidate.

As an Administrator you are the heart of the facility. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Northgate Care Center by instilling a positive and inclusive facility culture, setting and attaining facility wide goals, creative problem solving and overseeing all aspects of facility operation. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure they are comfortable and safe.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or related field, an unencumbered State of Iowa Nursing Home Administrator License (LNHA). Prior Administrator or Department Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
