Emmetsburg Care Center in Emmetsburg, IA is seeking an Administrator to lead our Skilled Nursing facility. You will set facility-wide goals, oversee operations, and ensure residents are comfortable and safe.

The role requires a LNHA license and a Bachelor's in Healthcare Management. You will promote an inclusive culture, drive performance, and coordinate resident care to maintain high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare management or related field.
• LNHA license (Iowa) required.
• Experience as administrator or department director in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
