Job summary

Change Grow Live in Dudley (Lye, Stourbridge) is seeking an Administrator to join our busy service on a permanent, full-time basis, 37.5 hours per week. You will coordinate day-to-day admin tasks, maintain records and support frontline colleagues to deliver high-quality services.

The role requires IT literacy, strong organisational and communication skills, and a commitment to confidentiality. Training, a pension scheme and wellbeing benefits are provided, along with a friendly team and career

We’re looking for an Administrator to join our busy Dudley service, based in Lye, Stourbridge.

You’ll provide the coordination, accuracy and day-to-day support that helps our teams stay focused on what matters most—delivering high-quality support to people who use our services.

Where you’ll work

Location: Lye, Stourbridge, within our Dudley service
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Full-time hours at Change Grow Live are 37.5 hours per week. For part-time roles, the salary and payments will be pro rata based on contracted hours.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

  • As first point of contact within the service, to ensure that telephone calls and visits from service users, outside agencies and Change Grow Live Staff are dealt with promptly and courteously, transferring calls to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • To ensure effective processing of correspondence/ data entry as required.
  • To collate, monitor and report data/information & statistics as required.
  • To ensure that admin, record-keeping, and communication within the project are maintained.
  • Work flexibly across operational sites as required.

About You:

  • Knowledge of general office procedures.
  • IT literacy including proficiency in word processing, excel spreadsheets and data entry.
  • Good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work flexibly as part of a team.
  • The ability to respond to appropriate requests for assistance, maintaining confidentiality whenever necessary.
  • Solid numeric skills.
  • Good organisational skills
