Green Key Resources is seeking an Endoscopy Center Administrator to lead a two-room center in San Jose, CA. You will own the center’s P&L, drive growth, and manage physician and partner relationships while coordinating clinical and administrative operations.

The role requires strong leadership in clinical and business office functions, budgeting, revenue cycle management, and adherence to regulatory standards, reporting to a market-level executive leader.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Strong knowledge of infection prevention, budgeting and P&L, and revenue cycle.

Endoscopy Center Administrator (Clinical Administrator)

Compensation: $180,000 to $195,000 per year

Reports To: Market-level executive leader

The Opportunity

Our client, a respected ambulatory surgery organization, is seeking an Administrator to lead a two-room endoscopy center in San Jose. The center is planning a leadership transition, which gives the incoming Administrator the chance to take over a well-run facility and put their own stamp on its next phase of growth.

If you are an Endoscopy Center Director or senior clinical leader who has been running day-to-day operations and is ready to own the full picture, this is that step. You would hold the center’s P&L, lead physician and partner relationships, and drive growth, while still staying close to the clinical operation you know well. A two-room center is a setting where an Administrator is deeply involved in everything from the schedule to the surgeons to the financials, with direct access to the executive leader you report to and the support of a larger management organization behind you.

What You Will Own

Growth and physician relationships

• Own organic top-line growth through increased volume from existing physicians, new physician recruitment, and strategic service line development
• Design and carry out physician recruitment and marketing programs in partnership with physicians, medical groups, health system partners, local employers, and payers
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with physician partners, the governing board, and medical staff
• Develop short- and long-term strategic plans in partnership with the organization’s leadership team

Operational and financial leadership

• Manage the center’s P&L, financial controls, and reporting
• Develop and manage the operating and capital budgets and the plans that keep operations cost-effective
• Oversee billing, collections, appeals, and accounts payable to support strong revenue cycle performance
• Coordinate supplies, materials, and equipment with the Director of Supply
• Direct activity within the O.R. suite and serve as Risk Manager designee

Clinical quality and compliance

• Lead and develop the clinical and business office teams, including hiring, scheduling, evaluations, and coaching
• Monitor nursing practice standards, policy compliance, and annual recertification
• Oversee infection prevention, environmental safety, and performance improvement programs
• Maintain systems that ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and two to four years of related experience
• Clinical experience in endoscopy preferred, or experience managing clinical and business office teams in an outpatient or inpatient perioperative setting
• Working knowledge of infection prevention, performance improvement, budgeting and P&L management, AP/AR and revenue cycle, and supply chain
• A track record of building trusting relationships with physicians and partners
• Strong written and verbal communication and the ability to present to physicians, managers, and executives

Compensation and Benefits
