Job summary

Wingate is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator to lead the facility’s daily operations and ensure high-quality resident care that aligns with state and federal regulations. You will report to owners and licensee and drive performance across administration, clinical services, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree with an NHAL in the state, plus at least five years of supervisory experience in a hospital or long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state the facility is located.
• Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

Nursing Home Administrator

JOB PURPOSE:

Responsible to owners and licensee; and shall operate the facility to ensure that services required by residents at each level of care are available on a regular basis and provided in an appropriate environment in accordance with state and federal rules, regulations and statutes, corporate by laws, policies, procedures and standards.
