Job summary

Wingate Living in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Nurse to support the Resident Care Director in coordinating assessments and service plans for residents in our Assisted Living program.

The Wellness Nurse ensures compliance with state and federal guidelines, supervises CNAs, and delivers high-quality geriatric care in a team-focused, compassionate environment.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of facility required.
• Minimum 5 year' experience in a supervisory capacity preferred.
• Experience with geriatric care desired.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations required.

Responsibilities

Job Purpose:
