Job summary

Wingate Living seeks a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a long-term care facility, ensuring services meet resident needs and compliance with regulations. You will report to owners and the licensee, driving operations, quality, and resident satisfaction in a complex care environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with an active Nursing Home Administrator license and at least five years of supervisory experience in hospital or long-term care settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a current Nursing Home Administrator License in the state the facility is located.
• Minimum of five years experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital or long term care facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to owners and licensee; and shall operate the facility to ensure that services required by residents at each level of care are available on a regular basis and provided in an appropriate environment in accordance with state and federal rules, regulations and statutes.
