Job description

Avir Trilogy is seeking an Administrator to join our team!

We're looking for an Administrator who can hold both sides of this job at once, the clinical and the business. You'll oversee day-to-day operations and every care and business decision that comes with them, using the facility's resources to support the highest practical physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of each resident.

Most of your day is spent with people, residents, families, department heads, and staff. That takes a calm and steady presence, real skill in managing time and pressure, and enough depth in both operations and care delivery to make the call when it's yours to make.

If you're a licensed Nursing Home Administrator who wants ownership of a building and the team inside it, we'd like to talk.

What You'll Do:
  • Oversee all resident care to confirm appropriate nursing and medical services are being delivered.

  • Manage daily operations while keeping the facility aligned with its long-term goals and mission.

  • Lead department heads and build a collaborative working environment across the building.

  • Hire, manage, and develop staff at every level, and enforce personnel policies and procedures.

  • Maintain adequate numbers of trained staff in every department.

  • Coordinate with clinical staff to confirm individual care plans are being followed.

  • Keep the facility in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and maintain required licenses and certifications.

  • Manage contracts for therapy, physician services, pharmacy, and dietary support.

  • Build and maintain the budget, and oversee billing and fee structures.

  • Lead marketing efforts to grow and maintain census.

  • Maintain inventories of food, supplies, and chemicals, and keep the building and equipment in good repair so residents have a home-like environment.

  • Provide regular safety and compliance training.

  • Serve as the face of the facility to the governing board, the public, and residents' families.
