Job summary

Care Initiatives in Cedar Falls, Iowa, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100-bed skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

Care Initiatives is now hiring a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to join our team at Pinnacle Specialty Care, a 100 bed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), located in Cedar Falls, Iowa!
