Position Specific Description

Join our Engineering, Construction & Supply Chain Business Unit in Juno Beach, FL. We're looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and driven Administrative Technician who is ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Leverage tools like Power BI, Excel, Word, One Note, SAP, and Unifier to track key performance indicators, analyze trends, and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
  • Build and deliver compelling presentations for trainings, initiatives, and management updates.
  • Own data integrity by managing deliverables across Document Management Systems and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Support procurement activities including purchase orders, change orders, and shopping carts with full documentation.
  • Coordinate RFP processes — gathering, preparing, and managing commercial and technical documents end-to-end.
  • Keep the team running smoothly by scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and capturing meeting notes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners and stakeholders across diverse cultural and geographical settings.
