Base pay range

$122,857.00/yr - $188,733.00/yr

Duties

  • You will provide subject matter expertise for compliance with policies and guidelines, DoD and Department of the Navy Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution policies.
  • You will be a champion for improving, customizing and recommending changes to tools and databases that facilitate collection of data across all Warfare Centers.
  • You will coordinate the assessments surveys for the command as well as oversee issues, planning, and execution progress and status of these assessments.
  • You will work with business and technical stakeholders to gather information required for out-year planning of staffing and budget.
  • You will collaborate with teams and technical experts in coordinating and analyzing requirements for standard management information and business system process policies and reporting for the Division.
  • You will extract, analyze, and present information from data systems responding to these assessments from internal and external customers and document findings in reports for leadership and stakeholders.
  • You will provide mentorship and technical leadership in business operations analysis and reporting, collaborate with other departments and leadership to improve the division's short-range and long-range planning and wartime readiness.
  • You will provide training material and training to business and technical personnel when new tools are created, or a refresh is needed.
  • You will serve as the Corona Division representative for Community of Practice/Interest calls and meetings .
  • You will collaborate with NAVSEA 00R, NSWC/NUWC Warfighting Readiness Communities of Practices, and internal stakeholders to identify best practices, improve processes, and contribute to fleet support and exercises.
  • You will generate deliverables in accordance with NAVSEA Headquarters policies and guideline.
  • You will annually review Warfare Center Technical Capability changes and modifications.
  • You will coordinate the development, implementation and execution of the Direct Planning Tool and Overhead Planning Tool inputs.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying engineering techniques and principles when analyzing policies and guidelines, extracting and evaluating data to develop, plan, and execute long range plans to improve organizational readiness.
