**Job Description**

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

**Job Responsibilities**

  1. Perform administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  2. Assist unit management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, record review, and maintenance.
  3. Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as necessary.
  4. Maintain office memos and informational postings.
  5. Operate technology, systems, and software such as voicemail systems, copiers/scanners, personal computers, and MS Office.
  6. Develop new skills and adapt to changing job duties to meet commitments, as job duties may change or be added without formal notice.

**Qualifications**

  • Prior administrative experience preferred.
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Requires frequent performance of repetitive motions with hands and/or arms.
