Job Description

The Administrative Support Worker is responsible for assisting management with administrative tasks including, but not limited to, ordering, data entry, filing, etc. The role requires working well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner. Responsibilities may vary by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Job Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative functions such as distributing mail, ordering and stocking supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors.
  • Assist management with clerical tasks related to accounting, payroll, receiving, and human resources, including filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Greet customers, clients, and employees; answer inquiries or direct calls as needed.
  • Maintain office memos and postings.
  • Operate technology and systems such as voicemail, copiers, scanners, PCs, and MS Office applications.

Qualifications
  • Prior administrative experience preferred.

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms frequently.
