The U.S. Department of Justice is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist for the Drug Enforcement Administration. This role involves providing vital administrative and operational support, ensuring efficient office management, and assisting in various functions, including personnel and financial management.
This position is located in the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Operational Support Division (OSD), Aviation Division (OA).
This position provides administrative and operational support to the office and its subordinate offices in functions such as personnel management, property/space management, financial management, procurement, general office services, vehicle/fleet management, evidence, and office supplies and equipment.

As an Administrative Support Specialist, your typical work assignments may include:
Applicants must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience or meet the educational requirements as specified for the GS-07 and GS-09 levels, including experience in administrative and operational support, interpreting regulations, coordinating with agencies, and supporting budget processes. Volunteer work is also credited.
