Acenda Integrated Health in Glassboro, NJ seeks an Administrative Support/Data Management professional to assist Medicaid billing, referrals, and data integrity within an integrated health program.
You will review documentation, support enrollment, manage monthly data reporting, and help ensure compliance with timelines while using EHR systems and Microsoft Office.
The role is part-time (20 hours/week) with a base pay of $20.00 per hour.
Administrative Support/Data Management

Supportive Visitation Services promote and maintain the parent‑child bond and support positive family interactions by facilitating weekly visitation with children in an out‑of‑home placement and their parents and siblings. The goals of the program are to foster effective communication, enhance parenting, achieve permanency, and maintain reunification.
The Administrative Support staff will support the Medicaid billing component of this program. The staff will assist with incoming referrals, ensure Medicaid enrollment, review documentation for billing readiness and completeness, assist with monthly data collection, tracking, management and reporting to ensure compliance standards and timeframes are maintained. As an integrated health organization, Acenda values the use of evidence‑based practice (EBP).
Base Pay: $20.00
Schedule: 20 hours/week
