Job summary

Blueprint is seeking an administrative professional to support two leaders and a 43-person team in a fast-paced enterprise. You will manage calendars, coordinate meetings, arrange domestic travel, onboarding, reporting, and office operations, while maintaining confidentiality.

The role requires initiative, discretion, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with strong communication and organizational skills. Onsite five days per week in Redmond, WA, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of administrative or executive-support experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leaders or executives.
  • 2–4 years of experience managing calendars and scheduling meetings through Outlook.
  • Experience coordinating projects, tracking deliverables, and managing competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize confidential information and exercise sound judgment.
  • Ability to work onsite five days per week in Redmond, Washington.

Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars with a strong focus on accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment with leadership priorities.
  • Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings across multiple stakeholders.
  • Coordinate domestic travel arrangements and process expense reports as needed.
  • Partner with administrative professionals and business partners to establish priorities and ensure leaders are prepared for meetings and commitments.
  • Plan and support all-hands meetings, offsites, morale events, and other large team activities.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, access, scheduling, and administrative coordination.
  • Maintain email distribution lists, security groups, and other team resources.
  • Prepare reports related to headcount, team operations, and other business needs.
  • Coordinate workspace planning, seating arrangements, and team moves.
  • Purchase equipment, services, and office supplies and assist with invoice processing.
  • Respond to policy and process questions and help employees resolve administrative issues.
  • Manage multiple priorities and special projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail.

In This Role

You will provide administrative and operational support to two leaders and approximately 43 team members within a fast-paced enterprise environment. You will help leaders manage their time and priorities while supporting daily team operations, events, employee needs, reporting, and special projects. Success in this position requires initiative, sound judgment, discretion, adaptability, and consistent follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting multiple leaders or a large team within a complex corporate environment.
  • Experience working within a global technology, professional services, or similarly fast-paced organization.
  • Strong proficiency with Outlook and common productivity applications, including spreadsheets, presentations, communication, and document-management tools.
  • Experience coordinating executive travel, expenses, meetings, and large-scale events.
  • Experience with employee onboarding, offboarding, procurement, invoicing, or workspace coordination.
  • Familiarity with enterprise administrative systems, internal policies, and organizational processes.

Compensation

At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated compensation range is $30 to $35 USD per hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final compensation and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications.

Location: Onsite 5 days a week
