Austin Community College seeks an Administrative Support Supervisor for the MBA Programs Office. Summary of Job Duties:
The Administrative Support Supervisor is responsible for managing the MBA Programs Office's purchases and travel as well as assisting with reports, departmental budgets, correspondence and day-to-day office tasks. This position will provide support to the Graduate School of Business (GSB) Office as well.
Regular, reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma
Experience in administrative support
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in higher education
Experience in office management
Experience working with faculty
Experience working with students
Experience with the Microsoft Suite- Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Online Apps
Experience with Adobe Suites
Experience with the University of Arkansas systems Workday, UAConnect, 25Live, and Slate
Experience with University of Arkansas purchasing processes
Experience with budget management
Specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Strong organizational skills, including planning and time management
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Additional Information:
Salary Information:
$39,930-$42,000
