Job summary

MPOWER Physical Therapy in Nashville is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to lead our administrative team, support outstanding patient experiences, and keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will hire and develop staff, conduct performance conversations, manage scheduling, audits, and data reporting, and drive cross-department initiatives while upholding HIPAA and compliance standards.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma is required.
  • Experience in healthcare administrative role.
  • Knowledge of insurance requirements and medical terminology preferred.
  • Excellent follow up skills with patients and team members.
  • Ability to lead and participate in meetings with professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, coach, and hold the Administrative Team accountable for day-to-day performance and customer service.
  • Assist with recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and ongoing development of administrative team members.
  • Conduct quarterly conversations, performance evaluations, and compensation reviews for direct reports.
  • Create a culture of exceptional customer service for patients, clients, and team members.
  • Coordinate company-wide meetings and cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Ensure assigned accounting reconciliation tasks are completed accurately and timely.
  • Serve as primary backup for daily therapy claims audits and therapy data reporting.
  • Provide operational backup for therapy scheduling and Front Desk Supervisor responsibilities.

MPOWER Physical Therapy is looking for a highly organized, service-driven Administrative Supervisor to lead our administrative team and help ensure an exceptional experience for our patients, clients, and team members.This role is ideal for a confident administrative leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, solving problems, and keeping operations running smoothly.
