Encompass Health is seeking an Administrative Supervisor to support hospital administrative needs, oversee documents, and coordinate events while ensuring effective hospital-wide communication. You will assist senior leaders by compiling information and building reports, and you will handle formal and informal communications to staff and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Credentialing processes is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Typing with speed and accuracy (10-key) preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist CEO and senior managers by compiling information and building reports.
• Generate letters, memorandums, and other communications.
• Coordinate hospital events and meetings.
• Support SOX compliance-related processes in the Business Office.
• Collaborate with hospital credentialing as needed.
