Established in 1978, we offer a full continuum of care, including hospice, palliative care, home health, grief and loss counseling, and our signature PACE (Program of All‑Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. Job Summary

Administrative Float Specialist. Provides adaptable administrative support across multiple departments to ensure continuity of operations and organizational efficiency. Serves as a versatile resource capable of quickly integrating into diverse teams, managing shifting priorities, and maintaining productivity in fast‑paced environments. This role is essential in maintaining seamless workflow coverage during staffing gaps, peak workloads, or special initiatives, while consistently demonstrating professionalism, discretion, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and assignments as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience with electronic health records and healthcare management systems.
  • Administrative or clerical experience in a healthcare or related setting.
