Summary of Job Duties:
The Administrative Specialist III is responsible for coordinating registration activities, assisting event planning and facilitation, researching and preparing special reports, managing school inventory and repairs, assisting school communication via emails, alumni newsletter and social media, and providing support to faculty, staff, and students. The Administrative Specialist III will also assist the Graduate Coordinator with records, forms, recruiting, and outreach projects as well as recording graduate committee minutes.
This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy. Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.
