Provides direct assistance to the County Manager’s Office and performs a variety of administrative assignments. Coordinates, monitors, and participates in the clerical operations of a departmental office and will serve as the primary administrator for the policy review process and the Commission meeting agenda process. Receives citizens’ inquiries and provides information and direction regarding County services. This position at times works with sensitive information and must maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Serves as the primary administrator for the policy review process
Performs various purchasing functions for the Department
Prepares and maintains departmental personnel records and information (as requested by each Manager)

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent Or Two years of responsible secretarial experience or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
