Job summary

National Laboratory of the Rockies (NLR) seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide high-level support for the Catalytic Carbon Transformation and Scale-up Center. You will assist the Techno-Economic and Process Analysis team and other business support members, handling a fast-paced, customer-oriented workload with strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

This role requires organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work onsite with colleagues, engaging in scheduling,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and 1+ years of experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Or an Associate's Degree or certification program of comparable scope.
• Solid knowledge of the job and ability to prioritize work.
• Proficient in written and verbal communications and basic office software.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Line Manager calendar management.
• Purchase card ordering and reconciliation.
• Meeting and event planning and scheduling with on-site and off-site logistics.
• Coordinate for new employee interviews, hiring, and onboarding.
• Interface with subcontractors, vendors, speakers, and others as needed.
• Process work orders, move forms, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare presentations and assist with publication/documents.
