The New Jersey Judiciary is seeking an IT support professional to join their team. This role involves supporting daily operations in the Applications Development team, managing inquiries, and maintaining documentation. A bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential. The position offers a hybrid work schedule with opportunities for remote work.

The salary range for this position is $50,815.18 to $83,252.20 for Schedule A, and $50,815.18 to $79,089.59 for Schedule B. New hires typically start at the minimum of the range. Salary increases upon promotion or advancement are generally 5%, not exceeding the maximum of the range. Employees hired before June 3, 2014, are Schedule A; those hired on or after are Schedule B.
The Information Technology Office (ITO) supports nearly 250 technical staff and manages applications and systems critical to the operations of New Jersey's courts and public safety services. The selected candidate will support operational, strategic, and administrative functions, gaining understanding of the IT environment.
The position offers a hybrid schedule with up to 3 days of remote work per week, contingent on installing multifactor authentication and having high-speed internet.
Regular and predictable physical presence at the worksite is required.
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required. Equivalent experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. Applicants nearing graduation may apply, with degree completion required by start date.
