SALARY: The salary range for this position is $47,400.76 to $74,716.17 for Schedule A and $47,400.76 to $70,980.36 for Schedule B. Newly hired individuals typically start at the minimum of the range. Current Judiciary employees promoted or advanced receive a 5% increase of their base salary, not exceeding the maximum of the range or the minimum salary of the band/level, whichever is greater. Employees hired before June 3, 2014, are considered Schedule A; those hired on or after are Schedule B.

The New Jersey Courts, Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action (EEO/AA) Unit, seeks a proactive and detail-oriented paraprofessional to support the Chief Judiciary EEO/AA Officer and team in daily operations.
The candidate must possess excellent administrative, reasoning, technical/computer, teamwork, and customer service skills. This role involves handling confidential information, requiring conscientiousness. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is essential.
REMOTE WORK: The Judiciary offers a hybrid schedule, with up to 2 days of remote work outside Judiciary buildings. Requirements include installing a multifactor authentication app and having high-speed home internet.
Physical presence at the worksite is essential.
Requirements include three years of office experience, keyboarding skills of at least 25 WPM, and valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle is necessary. Applicants must pass a keyboarding test unless they possess a valid certification or meet specific criteria.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US; US citizenship is not required. A thorough background check, including fingerprinting, is mandatory for new hires. All hires must establish and maintain residence in New Jersey within one year, unless an exemption is granted.
