PADNOS, a leader in the recycling industry, seeks an Administrative Service Representative in Holland, MI to serve as the primary contact for customers and yard managers. You will process transactions at retail yards and help coordinate trucking, weighing, invoicing and records.

The role emphasizes customer service by phone and in person, with duties including account setup and daily inventory records. The company offers competitive wages and strong benefits.

Formación

• 3-5 years of office or administrative related experience required.
• Associate degree preferred in business or related field.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with accounting software preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with coordination of shipping and receiving of trucks.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls; provide direct communication with drivers and yard personnel ensuring outstanding customer service.
• Enforce and contact correct personnel in radiation procedures; assist with resolving radiation issues.
• Maintain cash and check procedures, incoming mail and deliveries, open and close procedures, and process paperwork/reports as needed.
• Weigh and record trucks in and out, using computers or other scale equipment.
• Prepare driver's paperwork and invoice.
• Set up new accounts and place orders.
• Organize, verify, and process Bills of Lading according to company standards.
