PACS invites applications for an Administrative Services Intern (Project Management) in Salt Lake City.   • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Professional, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Help maintain accurate records, databases, and internal tracking systems.

Administrative Services Intern (Project Management)

The Administrative Services Intern supports daily departmental operations by assisting with administrative tasks, project coordination, and internal communications. This role provides hands‑on experience in a professional environment and helps build foundational skills in organization, customer service, and office operations.

Essential Duties
  • Assist with general administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Support meeting coordination, including preparing materials, taking notes, and distributing follow‑up items.
  • Help maintain accurate records, databases, and internal tracking systems.
  • Provide customer service support by responding to internal inquiries and routing requests appropriately.
  • Assist with departmental projects, process improvements, and workflow documentation.

Qualification
Education and/or Experience

Physical Demands

This role requires prolonged periods of sitting and computer use, with occasional walking, standing, bending, and reaching. The ability to lift up to 20 pounds and visual acuity for reviewing detailed documents are necessary. Occasional travel to facilities or meetings may also be required.
