Dexis is seeking Administrative Support Specialists to provide executive-level administrative support to the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC). These positions will support senior leadership through calendar management, communications, meeting coordination, records management, and general office administration.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Prepare agendas, briefing materials, meeting packets, and follow-up documentation.
Draft and format correspondence, reports, memoranda, and presentations.
Screen and route incoming communications and inquiries.
Maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
Track action items, correspondence, and administrative activities.
Coordinate meeting logistics, conferences, and events.
Support records management and document control processes.
Monitor shared inboxes and administrative service queues.
Provide professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum four (4) years of progressively responsible administrative, executive support, secretarial, office management, or related experience.
Minimum two (2) years supporting senior executives, leadership teams, or front-office operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and electronic file-sharing platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
Associate's or bachelor's degree.
Experience supporting federal agencies or senior government executives.
Experience in executive, C-suite, or high-visibility office environments.
