JOB OVERVIEW: LANWT seeks an experienced, detail-oriented Administrative Secretary with strong interpersonal and relational skills to provide high level secretarial and administrative support to the Deputy Director, Director of Litigation, and Deputy Director of Litigation within the executive leadership administrative office. The Administrative Secretary serves as a trusted point of contact across the organization, upholding LANWT's commitment to equal access to justice, dignity, and client-centered service in every interaction with staff, clients, and community stakeholders, while handling all administrative matters with sound judgment, discretion, and the strictest confidentiality.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Administrative Secretary provides administrative and clerical support to the executive leadership administrative office. Core responsibilities include:

This position requires regular use of a computer and standard office equipment, occasional lifting and moving of files or materials, and periodic travel to courts, community locations, and organizational meetings.
