The Administrative Scheduling Clerk supports school and district staff by managing calendars, booking virtual meetings, and coordinating remote appointments. This position ensures scheduling accuracy, minimizes conflicts, and provides clear communication across departments, all while working in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain digital calendars for administrators, faculty, or departments
Schedule meetings, trainings, and virtual appointments using Zoom/Google Meet
Send confirmations, reminders, and links for scheduled events
Coordinate substitute coverage or rescheduling requests
Input scheduling data into district management systems
Communicate changes efficiently to all relevant parties
Provide clerical support during virtual meetings as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
1–2 years of administrative or scheduling experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
