The Role

As the Administrative Project Coordinator, you will serve as a central resource for communication, coordination, documentation, and project support across Facilities operations. You will partner with leaders, project teams, and stakeholders to ensure information is organized, projects remain on track, and critical administrative functions are executed with excellence.

In a typical day, you may:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and related experience in lieu of a degree required.

Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $47,512.00 - $95,024.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
