Job summary

Arundel Lodge, Inc. in Edgewater, MD seeks a Customer Service team member for a medical office. You will greet guests, process referrals for OMHC services, collect patient information, input data into Credible Scheduling, collect co-pays, and answer phones to support clinic operations.

This full-time role offers standard hours 8am or 9am–5pm, with health, dental, vision, paid time off, sick leave and holidays. Employees may also be eligible for a 401K retirement plan.

Qualifications

• Must have prior work experience in a medical office with medical records.
• Previous education or experience with mental health is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests/patients and process referrals of OMHC services.
• Collect personal information for new patients and input into Credible Scheduling (in person or by phone).
• Collect co-pays for services and answer phones; check voicemails.
• Assist clinic staff with tracking clients/caseloads and other admin duties.
