Job summary

Qualifications

  • Combination of education and experience equivalent to five (5) years of experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides general administrative assistance to the Director and Associate Director of Dodge & Olmsted Community Corrections.
  • Oversees administrative programs, policies and procedures.
  • Supervises administrative support staff and coordinates supportive services across two County locations.
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, prepares agendas and minutes, and handles travel arrangements.
  • Manages department data systems, budgets, invoices, and purchasing.
  • Collaborates with Courts, County Attorney, Law Enforcement, Social Services to streamline functions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
Associates degree in business/administrative field
Combination of education and experience (5 years)
